I actually like how the drop shadow stuff works on this one. I do think that the whole thing could be better drawn, everything gets a little thin in places. Also, with so many fonts on the computer available, why did you draw the letters with the mouse? That's pretty stupid.
The drop shadow cut paper thing is really working here. I get a little lost in all the shapes that are a similar size. I think the legs and arms with the shadows really break up the biggest shape in the middle. I suggest that some how you gring in big med and small shapes. I don't know it it is possible but maybe try some stuff and see.
The overall cut paper effect is outstanding, but as other have already said, the drawing needs some work. Try to design the shapes on the characters with a little more refinement.
